程力威壓縮式垃圾車，選用東風(fēng)公司汽車底盤或其它知名底盤改裝而成。主要結(jié)構(gòu)有廂體，裝料機(jī)構(gòu)，壓縮機(jī)構(gòu)，卸料機(jī)構(gòu)，油泵、油缸、控制閥等組成的液壓機(jī)構(gòu)等。產(chǎn)品具有多種型號(hào)規(guī)格，供用戶選用。其外形簡圖見圖一。

CLW brand compression refuse collectoris one kind of modified vehicle using chassisof Dongfeng (DAF) or other famous chassis （Ｆoton , JAW ,SINOTRUCK ）. Its main structure is hydraulic m echanism which is consisting of box body, charger mechanism, compression mechanism, discharging mechanism, oil pump, oil cylinder, control valve. 3、工作原理 Work principle

本專用車裝載垃圾，壓縮垃圾和卸垃圾均采用液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)，經(jīng)專用機(jī)構(gòu)來完成。汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的動(dòng)力，經(jīng)取力器，傳動(dòng)軸傳遞給油泵，油泵旋轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生高壓油。操作多路換向閥上的相關(guān)控制開關(guān)，液壓油使相關(guān)油缸工作，油缸工作帶動(dòng)相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)完成裝載垃圾、壓縮垃圾、或自卸垃圾的工作。

This special purpose vehicle uses hydraulic driven during whole process of loading rubbish, compression rubbish and discharging rubbish. PTO (power take off) and transmission shaft transfer engine’s power to oil pump who revolving can produce high pressure. Operating according switches make oil pump work which is the leader of all working system .

4、主要結(jié)構(gòu) Main structure

4.1 垃圾車廂體 box body of refuse collector

垃圾車廂體為全金屬密封式結(jié)構(gòu)。用以盛裝垃圾，用鋼板和槽鋼焊合而成，垃圾車廂體下部有貨廂底架，垃圾車廂體經(jīng)垃圾車廂體底架用騎馬螺栓與底盤緊密相聯(lián)。垃圾車廂體前部有卸料機(jī)構(gòu)與油缸，后部有裝料斗，用以裝垃圾和壓縮垃圾到車廂體內(nèi)。

Box body which sealed structure made by pure metal,including steel plate and channel steel , used to load rubbish. Under the box body, there is a under-frame which was fixed on the chassis by U-bolt. There is a discharge mechanism and an oil cylinder in front of the box body and there is a loading mechanism behind of it.
